“Will No One Rid Me of This Meddlesome Priest?” Henry II From ‘Becket’

We live in turbulent times, very dangerous times. We live in a time where treason, excess, incompetence, and corruption are everywhere. The exposure of a political party’s treason and malfeasance has diminished their power, and they are fighting back with every known trick in their kit, including disinformation and a corrupt media, in an attempt to regain public support and undermine the credibility of their opponents.

The Democrat Party, at one time, kept close to Donald Trump. His money was useful

The Democrats, for over a decade, have woven a climate of fear, loathing, hatred, and contempt for one man. Their contempt surpasses anything I have ever seen for an opponent. Their call for political war echoes and re-echoes throughout the airwaves. They are no longer a loyal opposition. They’re confusing insurrection for politics. If they pray at all, their prayers are those of cowards that prescribe to anyone, anyone at all, that would rid them of this ‘meddlesome’ president.

If successful, they will express shock and dismay that such a thing could happen in America.

The Democrat Party, at one time, kept close to Donald Trump. His money was useful. Even Hollywood found him to be engaging in photos and various cameos, which contributed to his popularity and public persona as a charismatic figure in the entertainment industry.

The City of New York, under Democrat mayor Ed Koch, spent six years and $13 million attempting to rebuild the Wollman Skating Rink in Central Park but was unsuccessful. In May 1986, the 39-year-old Trump, out of love for his city, volunteered to take over the project for cost and complete the reconstruction before the holiday season. Mayor Koch was reluctant, fearing he would reveal the government’s incompetence. Trump did get the go-ahead and did expose the government’s incompetence.

After only four months and for $750,000 less than the $3 million bid, the rink was complete well before the Christmas season. When asked why the city failed, Trump simply said that “they’re very nice people, and I like them very much, but they’re all idiots!”

The rink fell into disrepair once more after the Trump organization lost the contract to maintain it.

That is a sampling of the relationship between Trump and the Democrat political machine. Trump hates incompetence. Democrats have learned to accept it as a political fact of life, a byproduct of political payoffs, and selling DEI. The machine wants Trump’s money but doesn’t want his help or to show how corrupt and inept they are.

Donald Trump was determined to eliminate fraud, and corruption, AKA the deep state

In big blue cities, money for any project has many recipients, with the Party usually getting a cut. A party that can spend over a billion dollars on the 2024 presidential campaign and manage to be void of any viable message is a party without purpose, without values or ethics.

When he became president, Donald Trump was determined to eliminate fraud, and corruption, AKA the deep state.

Trump’s presidency, across both terms, has seen many positive developments; however, the opposition dedicates all its time—literally all its time—to throwing steel tire irons into the gears to try to prevent these positive outcomes from being achieved. This opposition is motivated not by a sense of right or wrong but by the fact that the positive developments originated from outside the Democrat Party, which would have entitled them to a share.

To Democrats, right and wrong have no place in achieving power. The party is dominated by snake oil salesmen that only know how to sell, not deliver. They are now convinced that allowing more uncontrolled immigration and excessively giving away public resources will secure their political dominance, despite having no understanding of how to sustain that power should they ever achieve it.

Trump has shown Americans what the Democrats have been hiding for so many decades. Trump has exposed the Democrats’ long-hidden ideologies, including Marxism, antisemitism, anti-Christianity, and depravity, with massive voter fraud, insurrection, destroyed cities, graft, corruption, incompetence, and avarice thrown in.

And for that reason, the Democrat machine believes Trump must die. Much like Henry II’s infamous plea, without command, without responsibility, the Democrat Party has set the tone for ‘justifiable’ murder. One could easily alter the Henry II quote to say … Will no one rid us of this meddlesome president?
