President Joe Biden once again showed the absolute contempt he has for our dedicated Border Patrol agents. On a 6 December 2022 trip to Arizona (to tout the opening of a new microchip factory), he was asked by Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy “Why go to a border state and not visit the border?”
“Because there are more important things going on,” the President snapped back. This is of a pattern from the Biden White House. In November 2022, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called Republican visits to the border as mere “political stunts”.
Border officials, who put their lives on the line every day to try to safeguard our sovereign borders, and who have tragically been committing suicide in record numbers because they are forbidden from doing this job (see 24 November 2022 article), were naturally outraged.
U.S. Border Patrol agents have been struggling for the last two years to deal with the massive influx of illegal aliens, permitted by their Biden administration superiors in the Department of Homeland Security to flood across our southern border with Mexico. Contacted for comment, they shared their frustration with The Daily Caller and other media outlets.
“MORE IMPORTANT THINGS? This is HIS disaster, he created this catastrophe. The border crisis is a total breach of National Security. Give me a fucking break…I can’t wait for this clown to be out of office,” one Border Patrol agent told the Daily Caller in a text message, adding “He’s straight up in denial.”
The situation is likely to get even worse as the Biden administration contemplates new ways to increase the flow of illegals into the U.S.
