Listen to Rand H. Fishbein, Ph.D., a member of the Citizens Commission on National Security, as he discusses how Dr. Anthony Fauci attempted cover-up of the botched clinical trial (HIVNET 012) on the HIV/AIDS drug, Nevirapine.  A single dose of the drug was supposed to slow, if not halt, the transmission of the HIV/AIDS virus from mother to child.  Dr. Fishbein addressed this scandal during an appearance on the Pete Santilli Show on May 28, 2021, at 7:00 EDT

The trial was carried out in Uganda between 1997 and 2002 when it was placed on a 15-month suspension. Several audits then revealed the myriad ways in which the trial was compromised through negligent research practices and then a cover-up by Dr. Fauci and his staff.  The clinical trial was run was overseen by Fauci’s office, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), Division of AIDS (DAIDS).  Rand Fishbein wrote about the failed clinical trial in a 2005 article entitled: Outside View: Spector of Tuskegee Returns.  See: https://www.upi.com/Defense-News/2005/03/09/Outside-View-Specter-of-Tuskegee-returns/28731110351780/
