CCNS member Allen West wins election to head up the Dallas County Republican Party. From the Dallas Morning News:
West, a Garland resident who in 2022 ran unsuccessfully for Texas governor, received over 70% of the vote, a clear mandate from local Republican voters.
Before running for Texas governor, West was chairman of the Texas Republican Party. He mounted a campaign against Stoddard-Hajdu after Republican Lauren Davis dropped out of the race for family reasons.
