Subject: Call for Action for Restoring America

Dear Governor

The Citizens Commission for Restoring America represents a diverse set of  citizens who seek to restore America by exercising our Constitutional rights for a limited government such that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.[1]”   To stop the government expansion, appropriation of state and the people’s powers, and ever-expanding subversion of our Republic by a minority group of authoritarians, we request your immediate action to

Restore America by:

1 – Declaring an invasion – To protect citizens against the ongoing invasion of illegal immigrants and related increases in crime, death, and violence[2]. This action should include engaging Congress and the Department of Defense to provide for calling forth the necessary Armed Forces to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel Invasions.[3]” Action must be taken to eliminate the Cartels that are controlling and directing the invasion. This is a National Threat. The State Governors need to act as well to deploy their National Guard Forces to complement Federal Forces, and in lieu of Federal action the states should deploy the National Guard.   Our nation cannot afford the financial, legal, social, educational, health, and other costs or accept the concurrent violence and deaths from this invasion.

2 – Protecting Freedom of Religion and Expression – By enforcing the rule of law and prosecuting those who impinge on the people’s 1st Amendment rights of freedom of religion and speech. These rights are being infringed upon by the majority via a minority set of extremists via intimidation, harassment, censorship, or physical attack. A failure to consistently prosecute these illegal acts denies God-given rights and enables tyranny over liberty.

3 – Protecting the Right to Bear Arms – Use executive decrees and legislation to advance Constitutional and Permitless carry[4] in all states.  We must address the unanswered explosion in crime and purposeful lack of accountability of criminal elements that is further enabled by the defunding of police and persistent abuse of the justice system by public servants who ignore the law.  The people’s right to self-protection must be upheld and expanded.

4 – Prosecuting Infringement of Constitutional Rights – Direct local and state judicial and law enforcement elements to take any legal measures to prosecute and hold accountable any federal, state, or district officials and officers that are involved in the: Illegal and unconstitutional imprisonment; Deprivation of life, liberty, or property; Unlawful search and seizure; Denying due process of law; or Imposition of cruel and unusual punishment without a speedy trial[5].  The weaponization of our federal judicial and law enforcement elements against law-abiding citizens, including the 6 January defendants still held and denied their rights, must be promptly addressed. The individuals taking these illegal and unconstitutional actions reside in, or transverse, multiple states.  They can be arrested or extradited for abridgment of constitutional rights[6].  Left unanswered, the purposeful abridgment of constitutional rights will lead to a subjugated vice-free society.

5 – Prosecuting/Removing Public Servants for Abrogating their Oath of Office – Per the Constitution, all state and federal executive, judicial, and elected officials are required to take an oath of office[7] and are bound by that oath. Federal and state legal penalties exist[8] and should be applied for not fulfilling their oath. The penalties include removal from office or position, prohibiting them from holding further elected office, and potential fines or confinement.  Unless our public servants are held to account for their oath (e.g., District Attorneys, Mayors, Members of Congress, etc.), our Constitution and laws will ring hollow, and our Republic subverted from within.

6 – Restoring Election Integrity & Security – To restore faith, integrity, and security of elections require several actions: Require a state or federal issues identification to vote; Tighten legal requirements for early voting; Restore paper-only ballots for elections (preclude use of any electronic voting machines); Preclude and enforce restrictions on all forms of ballot harvesting; and, Mandate a full state audit of a contested election before certification. Failure to address these issues will further erode the trust, integrity, and confidence in our electoral system to the point of failure.

We request you take these actions in concert with other governors to fulfill your Constitutional duties as defined in Article IV and more specifically the 10th Amendment[9] to ensure a truly limited government as defined by Articles I and II of the Constitution.  These actions must be taken immediately to restore and protect the people’s and state’s rights and power over federal incursion before the 2024 election. Fulfillment of these actions will restore the people’s trust in America and advance the resilience and security of our Republic. We stand ready to assist.

Sincerely,
