As I am writing this missive, I am in the DC area, and we all know what was just recently announced that has instigated another leftist apoplectic meltdown. Now, of course, Marxists will say that crime is down in the District of Columbia, the seat of our federal government. However, am I the only one who finds it interesting that a DC Metropolitan Police official has been placed on paid administrative leave for suspicion of “fudging” crime statistics? Hmm, seems to be a lot of that happening in DC. I am referencing the Bureau of Labor Statistics episode. But we have to ask ourselves, why is it that leftists seem to embrace crime and criminality? There is no debating the issue, especially when their new Communist darling, Zohran Mamdani, is adamant about eradicating law enforcement. He prefers social workers.
We have seen leftists advocate for the defunding of police, and have done so in many urban population centers where leftists control. Even in the State of Texas, the capital there, Austin, is a lawless, homeless-dominated cesspool. And that is the result of the Austin City Council of Communists defunding the Austin PD. Insidious policy proposals, such as no cash bail, cause criminals to be just released back onto the streets. Activist leftist judges who do not feel it is their duty to adhere to the rule of law, but rather be black robed social justice tyrants who place the feelings of criminals over the protection of citizens.
Let’s not forget the height of lawlessness with the Biden “Autopen” administration, allowing millions of illegal immigrants into the country. And the response to the reestablishment of the rule of law, leftist lawlessness and riots on our streets to support the protection of criminal illegal immigrants. We shared with you a story out of Colorado last week, where law enforcement officers are being punished for enforcing the law.
So, what is it with this allure of lawlessness for leftists? Why are they so adamant about denying crime and actually enabling policies that advance more crime?
The answer is simple: the creation of fear and then the ability to control. It is the essence of a totalitarian mindset that does not believe in the individual, whom they deem subservient to the whims of the government, having the ability to protect themselves. Think about it, Marxists have always been against individuals having the right to self-defense. Again, I find it abjectly hilarious that leftists want to refer to everyone else as Nazis when their policies mirror theirs. It was Adolf Hitler who created a national gun registry, which enabled him to know, and subsequently deny, individual self-defense. Decades later, Hugo Chavez would do the same in Venezuela and be lauded by American socialists for doing so. Hitler also broke down local law enforcement and elevated his own brand of street thugs called the SA, or Brown Shirts. Hugo Chavez resurrected the “Colectivos” to control the population, and I would argue, these are the same cheeky fellas calling themselves Tren de Aragua on our streets today.
Even Fidel Castro brought in a bloodthirsty executioner named Che Guevara. Attention, young folks: stop wearing t-shirts with his image. Oh, that is right, Barack Obama posed before a mural of Che in Cuba on March 21, 2016. Of course, ol’ Barry Soetoro saw nothing wrong with that escapade because leftists identify with each other when it comes to creating lawlessness as a means to introduce their dominance and control. And this is not something relegated just to the Marxists; Islamic jihadists prey upon the same…such as the Taliban rising to power in Afghanistan as a response to the Afghan Civil War post the Soviet-Afghan War.
Marxists thrive upon chaotic situations, just like the post-George Floyd tirade, where they attacked law enforcement and burned down police precincts. Leftists do not embrace the notion of true law enforcement because they only want the enforcement of their ideological agenda. They couldn’t care less that a little 3-year-old black girl named Honesty Cheadle was shot and killed in DC. The leftist response was to gather and sing a stupid song about “DC is our home, Trump, you can’t have it.” The delusional, deranged leftist mind cannot fathom the reduction of lawlessness, or any effort to do so is a “threat to democracy”. Have you noticed that anything that opposes the Marxists is a threat to democracy? They certainly have a different meaning.
Leftists do not want ICE to find and deport criminal illegal immigrants. Leftists want violent criminals, regardless of their age, to be released back onto our streets. Leftists do not want you to have the means to self-defense. Leftists do not want law enforcement. Leftists want chaos, confusion, lawlessness, and fear. Never forget what the true design of the COVID pandemic was. It was to create such a sense of fear that we would surrender our rights to the government and be totally controlled. Think about it, where does the government have the constitutional right to shut down businesses and order healthy individuals to stay confined to their homes?
Now, these same leftists want to create such fearful conditions in our inner cities, to include our Nation’s capital, where individuals fear going outside their homes. Yes, the insane are running the asylum.
So, what is the allure of lawlessness for leftists? The enabling of their end goal, control, power, domination, and totalitarianism. Folks, there ain’t no Batman coming to save Gotham. It’s a Republic, if you can keep it. And you can’t keep it if you are disarmed, living in fear, have no law enforcement, and are subjected to rampant lawlessness, even from criminal illegal immigrants.
